All devices sold by MK Phones Dubai are 100% genuine and covered by either the official manufacturer warranty or a dedicated MK Phones store warranty, as indicated on the product page.

• iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel: 1-year manufacturer warranty (UAE spec).
• Xiaomi, OnePlus, Honor, Oppo, Vivo, Nothing: 1-year store warranty.
• Accessories: 3–12 month warranty depending on brand.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, water damage and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
